Black 'N Blue
Black 'N Blue
Black 'N Blue are 80’s hard rockers who released four successful and critically acclaimed albums through Geffen Records including their self-titled debut (1984), “Without Love” (1985), “Nasty Nasty” (1986), and “In Heat” (1987), with the latter two albums produced by the legendary Gene Simmons of KISS. The band, which featured Jaime St. James (vocals), Tommy Thayer (lead guitar), Jef Woop Warner (guitar), Patrick Young (bass), and Pete Holmes (drums), started in Portland, OR as a group of friends that came together to make their mark on 80’s hard rock. The band eventually relocated to Los Angeles and was signed to Geffen Records.

Black ‘N Blue would go on to sell over a million albums throughout their tenure in the 80’s. The band scored a hit single in “Hold On To 18” (which was featured on the group’s first release), a track that is widely known as a hard rock classic and still has airplay on stations across the country.
Sequel
Sequel
Sequel was one of the most popular bands in Oregon in the early to mid 80s. Sequel's harder rock sound combined with great vocal harmonies and songwriting led them to become one of the top-drawing bands in the state playing back to back clubs weekly and opening for some of the biggest acts of the day including Journey, Sammy Hagar and the Tubes to name a few. The band released 3 albums, the first 2 receiving regional airplay and the 3rd, a reunion album released in 2007, receiving international airplay.
Nervous Jenny
Nervous Jenny
Spawned from Portland, Oregon's crazy good music scene Nervous Jenny formed quickly after a 4 hour jam session. Tom had the songs and the heart, Mick and Jolie had the backbeat and the soul. They entered the legendary Kung Fu Bakery to lay down the tracks and it all came together under the watchful eye of Dean Baskerville (Sheryl Crow, Everclear, Pink Martini). The result? "Silverado" a killer CD with music Influenced by British Blues Invasion to Modern and Americana rock with songs that are lean and strong with stories and characters - from grocery store checkers to male strippers to midnight lovers. Nervous Jenny will have you singing along by the end of the first chorus. Remember that?

"We wanted to sing about these complicated times in uncomplicated ways, knowing we might not change the world, but maybe how you experience it". Mission accomplished. Enjoy.
