World's Finest
World's Finest
It's been a wild and crazy ride for the fellas in World's Finest, since their modest beginning as an acoustic duo in Portland, OR living rooms in 2011. With a songwriting style rooted in Americana, the band banks on their ability to transcend genres of all kinds. String-centric and bluegrass-inspired compositions seamlessly transition into 3-Dimensional Psytrance, Funk, and Dub soundscapes, leaving their audience with a full circle experience of emotion and dance. Their appreciation for punk and ska can be found peppered throughout their shows and albums, made evident by up-tempo, high-energy offerings. Never happy to settle, the band continues to push through boundaries and challenge themselves, while hoping to inspire their listeners to expect the most out of what a band in the modern age can be capable of conjuring up.

Six years, countless shows, and 5 albums later, the band is still firing on all cylinders. The current lineup features 6 members: Chris Couch (Guitar/Vocals), Dan Hurley (Banjo/Vocals), Sean McLean (Sax/Guitar/Vocals), Evan Malfer (Bass), Alex Weinberg (Keys) and Kirk Kalbfleisch (Drums). Their paths have all crossed in Portland, by way of Ohio, Illinois, Eastern Oregon, New York, Idaho and Las Vegas. As a result of such diverse upbringings, it was inevitable that the band's sound reflected their coast to coast musical influences.

The latest offering from World's Finest is a 9 song LP entitled “Chromatophores"”. A departure from previous work, the album showcases more of the group's lengthier compositions. Still rooted in a string band style, but with strong emphasis on poignant instrumental explorations "Chromatophores" is a comprehensive offering of the band's sound, and showcases the members' songwriting and instrumental capabilities.

World's Finest has hit the West Coast Festival scene hard, making appearances at High Sierra, Northwest String Summit, Summer Meltdown, Oregon Country Fair, 4 Peaks, What the Festival ?!, and Symbiosis,. Their unique style has allowed them to connect with fans from all different kinds of musical worlds. In addition, their chameleon-like approach to their live show has allowed them the honor to share the stage with such acts as Steel Pulse, Leftover Salmon, Ziggy Marley, The Motet, The Expendables, Rusted Root, The Skatalites, Fruition, Hot Buttered Rum, and many more.
Brad Parsons & Starbird
Brad Parsons & Starbird
Brad Parsons & Starbird is the culmination of two forces crashing into each otherto form one amazing treat for your mind, body and soul.

Brad Parsons fell in love with music at a young age as the son of a preacher in Lewiston, ID. After touring for a few years as a sideman playing banjo, keys, and guitar in folk band Horse Feathers, Brad shifted his focus back to his solo band in 2016 and has been blazing trails from Alaska to Atlanta. His booming voice and well-crafted songs led him to appear at festivals like Northwest String Summit, Winter Wondergrass, JamCruise, High Sierra, Aiken Bluegrass Festival, Yarmonygrass and many more. Brad has also shared the stage with his good friends Fruition, Lil Smokies, Trout Steak Revival, John Craigie, etc. In November 2017, he joined forces with Starbird to create a powerful musical experience.

The instrumental trio Starbird was formed in 2017 by accomplished nationallytouring musicians looking to create fresh new sounds that were both progressive and timeless. The structure of the band lends itself to improvisation and deep jams while still remaining fundamentally sound and true to the music. The band consists of Justin Mazer (Ryan Montbleau Band) on electric guitar, Dylan Skursky (Cabinet) on electric/upright bass, and Alex 'Al' Smith on drums/keys.
The musicians of Starbird have individually or collectively performed with artists such as Larry Campbell + Theresa Williams, Holly Bowling, Jackie Greene, Steve Earle, Bob Weir, Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds, Billy Martin, Keller Williams, Soule Monde, and members of Snarky Puppy.
Aniana
Aniana
Aniana's (Ahn-yah-nuh) musical career first bloomed in Phoenix, Arizona where she sang harmonies in The Mighty 602 Band, a reggae backing band that backed legends such as H.R. (of Bad Brains), Ras Michael, and Danny Clarke of The Meditations. She also worked in the 9-piece hip-hop band Antedote, singing smooth melodies over jazz-infused beats. After moving to Portland, she’s collaborated with such bands as Philly’s Phunkestra, Ben Darwish’s Commotion, Marv Ellis, Funk N’ Roses, Yak Attack, and World’s Finest. Along the way she’s fallen in love with each style of music she’s performed and her new solo debut album, Chapters, reflects her passion and prowess of each genre. Her stage persona has been described as soul wrenching, powerful, sultry and inspiring with a 9-piece powerhouse band of Portland’s hottest musicians to match her infectious energy!
